Today, finding the right life insurance in Chile requires several face-to-face meetings. To alter this model, our client asked us to design Chile's first fully digital insurance application process.

From Design Thinking to Design Doing

Following a design thinking approach, we map the customer journey and discover user needs through focus groups, workshops, and visits. Then we design the UX / UI of the new product in iterative cycles, with constant input from users and customers.

Days to Minutes

We delivered a functional prototype of the final design, which was validated with clients and collaborators. After implementation, it allowed end customers to purchase life insurance in minutes and positioned the institution as a major player in the life insurance market in Chile.
