Not one is left out! Cross-cutting certifications for all Makers

It is not new that in Imagemaker the collaborators are constantly certified, what is new is that this year a different approach proposes to extend the scope to the corporate area so that they join in improving their skills, especially in those core technologies for the company.

In this regard, Rodrigo Ruiz, Chief Technology Officer of Imagemaker commented “The objective of expanding the public is that all Makers know well the focus technologies with which we work. All framed in the strategic plan to make the company a better place to grow, also boosted by, for example, the mentoring program and the academies, among other initiatives”.

This certification plan at all levels began with the Key Account Managers (KAM), who had the purpose of learning the basic concepts of this Cloud technology in order to have valuable conversations with technical counterparts that are increasingly prepared and demanding. As part of this process, the KAMs met every Friday with expert Makers on the subject to answer questions and support them in their learning process.

Exequiel Figueroa, Business Executive Manager, conducted the training and added: “It was a very friendly process since the course is online and you do it at your own pace. In the commercial role, it is key to know how the cloud works, especially Amazon, since it is a technology that has greatly increased in importance in recent years and continues to rise. To be able to understand the requirements of the clients and to be able to know how to contribute from Imagemaker being a technological partner and demonstrating that the company has the knowledge, not only in the technical area but also in the commercial one”.

This expanded training program is open to all Makers and will be led by Jorge Silva, Technical Manager, who will guide employees to choose the best courses according to their role and strategic technologies for the company. The goal is to certify 25 Makers by the end of 2022 and double this number by 2023.

It is with these types of initiatives that Imagemaker seeks to support the professional growth of Makers, with the aim of being the most enthusiastic and talented team in the universe.
